I have called this place multiple times during the week and can't believe no one answer. I order a packet and they put it in the wrong box
The worst post office in United States!! Had a package that was supposed to be delivered today and I watched the carrier drive for sat my house and go to the mailbox and then drove off and put on the tracking that they retried to deliver but no one answered the door!! It was a blonde hair female driving. It's crazy because I have a German shepherd dog that will go crazy if someone came to my door and in fact my front door was open with the screen door closed. I watched her out of my window. She is a liar and should be fired for playing with mail. I have had this happen on several occasions. I wish I. Oils give me his place a negative 5 stars!
They are always "losing" packages. Placing them in the wrong mailboxes. They don't pay attention to detail. They are extremely lazy especially on the weekends.
Rude customer service
The lady who was at the front desk today was exceptionally rude. The lady she was helping in front of me, she rolled her eyes at and was taking a personal call on her Bluetooth device during her interaction with this women. When I got to her, she was short and told me “give me a yes or no on the key pad” and when I said “how about a ‘would you please’” she wanted to argue with me about how she spoke to me. When I asked if she was new (because I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and have never seen her) she ignored me. I think I’m going to put an ICE complaint in as well. And now I’m worried she will “lose” my package...
